• Due to the recent lifting of health orders, we have new updated safety protocols in place.

• Face coverings are no longer required but recommended. Do not enter the office if you are ill or not feeling well.

• We only allow two individuals or one family at the frame boards at a time.

Keeping everyone safe is our highest priority!

• Starting Aug 27th, we will be open on Tues mornings by appt. only thru mid Dec.          Please call in advance to schedule

• New plans added include Premier Eye Care, AFSCME Care Plan, and AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio
