• Due to the recent lifting of health orders, we have new updated safety protocols in place.

• Face coverings are no longer required but recommended. Do not enter the office if you are ill or not feeling well.

• We only allow two individuals or one family at the frame boards at a time.

Keeping everyone safe is our highest priority!

•       We are now open on Tuesdays from 

9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

• New plans added include Premier Eye Care, AFSCME Care Plan, and AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio
